Ayanna is an activist, politician and advocate. She also portrayed a girl's ghost as a ghost in Kamen Rider BiBiBi no BibillGeiz. Konno's current talent agency Space Craft was founded when Konno turned three. In addition to her acting work she is also one of the exclusive Seventeen Magazine model. Her debut as an actress was in the year 2010 appearing in a drama called The Golden Piggy then Becoming a Doctor two years later. Ora was her first appearance as a member of the cast of regular actors in Kamen Rider Zi-O.
