Jill AND Mary

Jillian Hennessy was born on 1968 on the 25th of November and is renowned for her work as a talented Canadian performer, actor, and song writer. Her contribution to American television are widely known. She was an actor in the American popular television show Law & Order, where she entertained audiences as the prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three years. In Crossing Jordan she played Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Hennessy also showed off her acting skills in films such as RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. In addition, she wrote and directed these films. Hennessy began her acting career along with her sister who played twin call-girls on Dead Ringers in 1988. She had a brief stint performing on Broadway for the Broadway musical Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story in 1990, and then entered the world of science fiction in 1993, playing her character Dr. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3. Later that same year she became the assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit NBC Crime Drama Law & Order. Her three-season stint in the character was well-loved by audiences. In 1996, she left the show. Parker appeared in films including RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys On The Side, West Wing Angels in America along with Boys on the Side. Her role was recognized with a Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award for her role in the series. Parker was awarded the Tony Award 2001 for Best Actress in the Broadway Show Proof.
