Winona Ryder is the professional name for Winona Laura Hoowitz. Her birthplace was within Winona Minnesota. It was parents for the town where she was born. Both her father Michel Horowitz, and mother Cynthia Palmer are authors and editors. Ryder is a Jewish. Ryder believes that her father was from her Jewish background.
